If within 30 days you are not entirely happy with your purchase from, you may return it to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your return item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at or submit your return request below. If your return is accepted, we’ll reply you with a return shipping address and you can send the item back. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll start the refund process and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs and fees will not be refunded.


Please return the item you purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Orders placed within UK are expected to arrive within 2-3 working days; Standard International shipping usually take 15 to 30 working days (orders placed outside of UK may then be responsible to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim the parcel.) 

*Due to Brexit and the Covid-19 pandemic, international shipping between the UK and European countries is expected to be delayed due to new customs procedures and ongoing Covid-19 measures.
